Today I start my new regime… the past several days I didn’t do what was expected. This time I will try to account 90% for my workouts.

I’ve been out of the math game for quite sometime. Only now have I come to realize the power that math has on the brain. Slowly but surely it’s all coming back.. Two benefits in my mind are: -the removal of old blood -someone in need will have all their hearts full just like a video game..lol here are some ways in doing so.
